1. International Shipping Fees

Product prices displayed on our store do not include international shipping fees.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country or region, available shipping method, and package weight or size.

Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

The checkout page shows the product subtotal, shipping fee, and total amount. Please check these amounts carefully before placing your order.

Even when the product price is relatively low, international shipping may cost more than the products themselves.

By completing your purchase, you are placing an order for the total amount displayed at checkout.

2. Available International Shipping Methods

Depending on the destination, we use the following international shipping services:

International Air Packet

An international postal service operated by Japan Post. This is generally a lower-cost option where available, but delivery may take longer. Tracking is provided.

EMS (Express Mail Service)

A tracked international postal service operated by Japan Post, offering relatively fast delivery to supported destinations.

DHL Express

An international express courier service with tracking. DHL Express generally provides faster delivery but may cost more than international postal services.

For shipments to the United States, DHL Express is currently the only available shipping method.

Available shipping methods depend on the destination and current carrier restrictions. Some countries or regions may not be eligible for delivery.

3. Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

All applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

These charges are separate from the product price and shipping fee, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Customs authorities or shipping carriers may request payment of these charges directly from the recipient.

The amount varies according to local regulations, customs procedures, and the contents of the shipment.

Please contact your local customs authority or shipping carrier before ordering if you need further information.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

In-stock orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Processing and delivery may be delayed due to stock availability, peak periods, weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

After shipment, we will send a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can check the delivery status with the carrier.

5. Order Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible before shipment.

International Returns

In principle, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for international orders due to customer convenience.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, including the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible consumers residing in the European Union.

Custom-made and personalized products are subject to additional restrictions as described in our Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries & Unpaid Import Charges

Customers are responsible for paying all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.

If a shipment is refused or cannot be delivered due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or customs-related charges, no refund will be issued for the order.

Any additional costs arising from refused delivery, return shipping, customs procedures, or disposal may also be charged to the customer.

The above conditions are subject to applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three days, including the date of delivery.

We may request photographs of the products, packaging, and shipping label to review the issue.

6. Shipping Address & Delivery Restrictions

Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, telephone number, and contact information are accurate and complete.

Some destinations may be unavailable due to import restrictions, carrier limitations, or local transportation conditions.
