Order Process

1. Select the specifications of the pick and the print content, then place your order and make payment
2. After ordering, submit your design data by yourself
3. We will send you a finished image (proof) from our store
4. Confirm the proof and production will start after your approval
5. Completion and delivery (approximately 10 to 21 business days after approval)

PICKBOY's custom-made picks that can be reordered

Custom-made picks come with a card that includes a unique ID number for each design. You can reorder the same design and specifications based on this ID number.

At PICKBOY, we keep the printing plates for foil stamping whenever possible. It is not uncommon to receive reorder requests using plates made decades ago.

■ About the "plate" for foil stamping
The plate created at the time of your first order will be kept at our store. It cannot be handed over to customers.

■ About the design
Please create the parts you want to foil stamp in solid black. Very fine lines, very small text, photo shading, and gradients may be difficult to reproduce.

■ Estimated delivery time
Delivery will be made approximately 10 to 21 business days after final approval. Since this is a custom-made product, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates.

■ About selectable specifications
Available shapes, gauges, pick colors, etc., vary depending on the material.

Q. Is it okay if I don't have design software?
A. Yes. You can create from ibisPaint X or hand-drawn originals. Depending on the state of the data, we may consult with you for adjustments at our shop.

Q. Can photos or color images be foil stamped?
A. The gradation and colors of photos cannot be reproduced as is. Data indicating the foil-stamped areas in solid black is required.

Q. Can I check the finished product before production?
A. Yes. We will send you the print proof for your confirmation and approval before starting production.

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. After approval, delivery usually takes about 10 to 21 business days.
