Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote islands and some areas.
2. Shipping carrier and delivery method
We use the following shipping companies:
- Yamato Transport (Japan)
- Japan Post EMS (International shipping/excluding the US)
- Japan Post International ePacket Light (overseas shipping/excluding the US)
- DHL (International shipping/only available to the US)
Orders to the US are shipped via DHL only. If you select EMS or International ePacket Light, your order will be canceled.

- Standard delivery (Takkyubin): Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
- Postal mail (Nekopos)Nationwide flat rate of 330 yen (tax included) / Postage by post, date and time cannot be specified

- Nekopos (postage):Nationwide flat rate of 330 yen (tax included)
- Standard delivery (Takkyubin):770 yen to 1,364 yen (tax included, varies by region)

・Standard shipping: 5,500 yen or more (11,000 yen or more for Okinawa Prefecture)
・Nekopos: Free shipping for orders over 3,300 yen
5. Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, we will include a tracking number in the shipping notification email. You can also check the delivery status on the official website of each shipping company.
6. Delivery issues, loss, and damage
- We cannot be held responsible for delays, storage, or customs inspections by delivery companies.

- For international deliveries, tracking information updates may be delayed due to handling by local delivery companies and customs procedures.
