1. Delivery Area

Delivery may not be possible in some countries or regions due to customs regulations or local delivery circumstances. Please contact us before placing your order to inquire about delivery availability and shipping costs.

Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to remote islands and some areas.

2. Shipping carrier and delivery method

We use the following shipping companies:

• Yamato Transport (Japan)
• Japan Post EMS (International shipping/excluding the US)
• Japan Post International ePacket Light (overseas shipping/excluding the US)
• DHL (International shipping/only available to the US)

Orders to the US are shipped via DHL only. If you select EMS or International ePacket Light, your order will be canceled.

Delivery method:

• Standard delivery (Takkyubin): Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days
• Postal mail (Nekopos)Nationwide flat rate of 330 yen (tax included) / Postage by post, date and time cannot be specified

3. Delivery and Processing Times

The number of days until delivery may vary depending on weather, traffic conditions, customs inspections, local delivery congestion, etc. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by these factors.

4. Shipping Fees

• Nekopos (postage)：Nationwide flat rate of 330 yen (tax included)
• Standard delivery (Takkyubin)：770 yen to 1,364 yen (tax included, varies by region)
• Free shipping conditions:
  ・Standard shipping: 5,500 yen or more (11,000 yen or more for Okinawa Prefecture)
  ・Nekopos: Free shipping for orders over 3,300 yen

5. Tracking Information

After your order is shipped, we will include a tracking number in the shipping notification email. You can also check the delivery status on the official website of each shipping company.

6. Delivery issues, loss, and damage

• We cannot be held responsible for delays, storage, or customs inspections by delivery companies.
• If the product is lost or damaged,Within 7 days after receiving the productPlease contact us and we will request an investigation from the delivery company.
• For international deliveries, tracking information updates may be delayed due to handling by local delivery companies and customs procedures.

• Japan Post EMS (International Express Mail Service)(Supported countries excluding the United States)
• Japan Post International ePacket Light(Supported countries excluding the United States)
