Return Policy (Refund Policy)

At our store, you can request a returnwithin 7 daysafter receiving the product, limited toorders within Japan.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is in the same condition as when received
  • It is unused
  • Tags and labels are still attached
  • It is in the original packaging
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • A refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee based on the product price.
  • Items returned without prior notice will not be accepted as returns.
  • Products shipped outside Japan are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • If the product is returned due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, refusal of receipt, or prolonged absence, no refund will be issued for the product price.
  • Actual costs incurred for the return (round-trip shipping fees, handling charges, etc.) will be billed to the customer.

Issues such as damage, defects, or incorrect shipments

Please promptly check the condition of the product upon arrival. If there is any defect or incorrect shipment, please contact us within 3 days including the arrival date. We will review the details and respond appropriately. Please note that claims made after the 4th day from arrival cannot be handled due to difficulty in identifying the cause.

Non-returnable products

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Made-to-order items (special orders, personalized items, custom-made picks, etc.)
  • Used or opened products
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Products deemed non-returnable for hygiene reasons

If you wish to exchange

We do not offer an exchange service. If you want a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Regarding refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will contact you regarding the refund eligibility. If the refund is approved, the refund will be processed using the payment method you used within 10 business days. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
