International customers can also pay with international brand cards.
Within Japan: We will deliver via Yamato Transport (courier or postal delivery).
International Shipping: We will ship via EMS (International Speed Post), DHL, or International ePacket Light.
Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination. They will be automatically calculated at the time of your order, so please check the checkout screen.
If the tracking information from the carrier indicates 'Delivery Completed', we cannot provide compensation for lost items or similar issues.
When delivering internationally, customs duties and import taxes may apply in the destination country.
All these costs will be the responsibility of the recipient, so please be aware of this in advance.
In the event that the item is returned to our store due to non-payment of customs duties, the product price and shipping fees at the time of shipment will not be refunded. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
For international shipping, delivery may take time due to local customs and postal conditions. Our store cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by local delivery companies.
Except for custom-made products, we will ship within 3 business days from your order. If you wish for gift wrapping, it may take an additional +4 business days.

Changes or cancellations to the order cannot be accepted after the order is confirmed. Please check the details carefully before placing your order to avoid mistakes.
Custom-made picks cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.
We also offer "custom-made picks" that can be ordered in units of 50 with original designs.
After your order, we will check the submitted data and provide you with a finished image before starting production.

We take great care with our products, but in the unlikely event of a defective item or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

これは思いどおりのピック作っていただき感激しております。弾き心地もバッチリ👌ギター用とベース用と注文しましたがどちらも満足です！
ベース用は1.5mmオススメです！
薄いナイロンピックはあまり一般的では無いかもしれませんが、この材質、計上、薄さでしか出ないトーンがあり愛用しています。薄いのでハイがよく出ます。ピッキングの強さ、弦に当てる深さと角度を調整する事によってトーンのバランスが取れます。ギター側のボリュームとトーン調節によるトーンコントロールもやりやすいです。厚いピックだと元々ローが強く出るのでこれが出来ません。現在絶版で、現行品は最薄が0.6mmのようなので、0.5mmも現行ラインナップに追加してくれると有り難いです。
