The screenshots on this page were created using the smartphone version of ibisPaint X. The shape, name, and position of some buttons may differ depending on app updates or your device.

Important points:When submitting your order, please provide two types of data: "design data" containing only the content to be printed, and "position specification data" indicating where to place the design on the pick.

Guide lines will not be printed.When saving the design data, please hide the guide image layer. The image with the guides will be saved for positioning purposes only.

How to make a full-color print

This method prints photos, illustrations, gradients, etc., in full color. The background and design are outside the trim line.Up to the bleed linePlease stretch it out.

STEP 1

Set the canvas

Create a new canvas. Refer to the values in the image to ensure sufficient resolution. Enlarging a small image later can cause blurring in the print.

STEP 2

Paste a guide image for the pick.

Load the guide image of the pick shape you want to order and place it on the canvas. Please use the guide image without changing its aspect ratio.

STEP 3

Place photos and illustrations.

Import the photo or illustration you want to print onto a separate layer and adjust its position and size. Extend backgrounds and patterns that extend to the edges up to the bleed line, and place elements that should not be cut off, such as text and logos, inside the trim line.

STEP 4

Save design data

Hide the guide image layer and save the design as a PNG file. This is the "design data" that will actually be printed.

STEP 5

Save location data

Save another image with the guide image layer displayed. This is the "position specification data" used to check the position, size, and orientation of the design.

And that's it!Please submit two files: the design data and the positioning data.

How to make foil stamped prints

With foil stamping, the part you want to print onBlack (1 color)Please create it in clear black and white. Do not use gray, semi-transparent colors, gradients, or shades of a photograph.

STEP 1

Set the canvas

Create a new canvas. Please create it large enough, referring to the values in the image, so that thin lines and small text can be easily seen.

STEP 2

Paste a guide image for the pick.

Load the guide image of the pick shape you want to order. If a confirmation prompt for "Line drawing extraction" appears during loading, cancel it and proceed with placing the pick.

STEP 3

Create text and images using only black ink.

On a separate layer from the guide, create the text or image you want to foil stamp in black ink. If using text, select a font and adjust the size, position, and angle.

Extremely thin lines or very small letters may not be able to be foil-stamped cleanly.Make sure the lines are thick enough and avoid filling in small gaps too tightly.

STEP 4

Save two images as transparent PNGs.

First, hide the guide images and save only the black design as a transparent PNG. Then, show the guides and save the image used for positioning as well.

STEP 5

Check the two types of data you saved.

We will confirm that we have both the "design data" (which contains only the black design) and the "positioning data" (which includes the guides).

And that's it!Please submit two files: the design data and the positioning data.

Final design image

Full-color printing allows for expressive use of photographs and illustrations, while foil stamping creates a striking finish for text and logos.

Check before saving and submitting.

• Two types of data are available: design data and location specification data.
