Tomo Fujita is a world-renowned guitarist who combines overwhelming technique with rich emotional expression. He is active in a variety of genres, including blues, jazz, funk, and rock, and his playing style, which he says is "important in music, not technique," continues to influence guitarists around the world.

He has been teaching at Berklee College of Music since 1993, and is a renowned instructor who has nurtured John Mayer, Eric Krasno (Soulive), Adam Smirnoff (Lettuce), and others.
